Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and hiring all Blackberry team members in a polished and professional manner, and assisting the HR team with duties, as assigned, in other disciplines of Human Resources.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists with daily maintenance of the team member database and the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) Must be able to work in coordination with other Staffing Coordinators and the HR team Conducts compliant screening interviews to ensure the best fit for applicants and hiring departments Must demonstrate employment law knowledge and ensure the recruitment process is compliant with relevant employment laws Assists with any administrative processes that occur in the HR Department, as needed Utilizes the Time to Fill report to accurately assess proactive recruitment methods and staffing levels Responds to all applicants, team members, and managers in a timely manner Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding Ensures that the recruitment process, paperwork, and protocol are appropriately followed to include phone screen, interviews, follow-up with managers, offers both verbal and written, reference checks, background checks, MVR checks, orientation, property tours if necessary, and collection of all necessary new hire paperwork Must be able to occasionally travel off-property to colleges and career fairs both local and out-of-state Maintains, creates, and updates job descriptions company-wide Maintains and updates daily applicant tracking report Maintains Blackberry career website to ensure accurate job postings and ensure internal job postings are timely Complies with reasonable work-related requests from any member of the managementMust comply with all company policies and procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.Supervisory Responsibilities NoneEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE College Degree Highly Preferred Basic knowledge of HR programs High level administrative experience with the understanding of, and need for, confidentiality and sensitivity in employment issues Two or more years in HR role preferred Must be highly organized High volume staffing experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System preferredLanguage Skills Fluent in Spanish is a plus Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members Must be able to establish relationships with outside vendors and communicate needs and requests to them accordinglyMathematical Skills Basic knowledge and understanding of math and ExcelREASONING ABILITY Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time and move about the property as necessaryWORK ENVIRONMENT General Office
