This position supports advanced provider data management activities by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to optimize performance. The role ensures the accuracy and timely maintenance of provider information, contributing to effective contracting, network management, and credentialing within the organization.### 3. Responsibilities:• Provide first-level triage and support for provider data management analysts and address general inquiries• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into business and functional specifications• Analyze complex health care data sets to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and process improvements• Evaluate workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments• Develop presentations to communicate key metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools to ensure smooth implementation and adoption4. Requirements:• Minimum 4 years of business analytics experience in health care, preferably in customer or provider services, or equivalent education and experience• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels• Critical thinking and attention to detail• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and relevant software programs5.
