Our facilities are clean, organized, and fully equippedoffering a professional, modern environment designed to help you build your career.1.0 Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities may include:Perform setup, startup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the injection molding presses, all auxiliary equipment and all secondary production equipment while ensuring that safety and quality are the prime initiatives.Independently perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters, perform routine machine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on all production equipment, including molders and peripheral quality equipment on assigned lines.Ensure adherence to customer specifications and accurately document all QC records related to downtime, production, scrap, repairs, process deviation, etc.Perform other miscellaneous support work to enable the team to be successful.While not working with machine, the employee is required to maintain the quality of the production floor and to monitor process parameters regularly.The employee is required to work in a moderate noise levels in the workplace and keep all manufacturing area neat and clean.Other duties as assigned.2.0 Requirements2.1 Education and TrainingHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferred.2.2 ExperienceKnowledge of sucker rods a plus.Previous Experience with Injection Mold Set Up highly desirable.2.3 Knowledge and SkillsAbility to use Microsoft Excel3.0 Physical and Safety RequirementsReasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Ability to lift to 65 pounds.Ability to work in a hot environment.Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8-10 hours per day.Must comply with any safety or PPE requirements.Exposure to production environment.4.0 OthersAttention to detail.Produce error-free work.Deadline-oriented.Self-starter who thinks of innovative, faster ways to accomplish tasks.Work with minimal supervision.Flexible and able to adapt to our dynamic environment.5.0 Acknowledgement of ResponsibilitiesI have read and understand the duties outlined in this job description.We do not accept calls/inquiries from agencies.
