What You'll Do
Servers:
Guide guests through a thoughtfully crafted menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
Deliver an experience that matches the quality of what's on the plate
Collaborate with the kitchen to communicate specials, sourcing stories, and
pacing
Maintain a clean, organized section and anticipate guest needs
Bartenders:
Craft cocktails with the same care the kitchen puts into every dish
Build rapport with bar guests—this is an intimate room, and regulars matter
Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service
Support the floor during busy shifts
What We're Looking For
Genuine hospitality—people who actually enjoy taking care of guests
Interest in food and drink; you'll learn the menu, the farms, the stories
Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced environment
Weekend and evening availability required
1+ years restaurant experience preferred
