Diagnostics Technician

For more details please visit: https://www.unduit.com/ Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot and grade Apple and Samsung devices Assist the Ops team with device diagnostics and eraser process using Blanco or Phone Check software Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns Maintain a positive work environment Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor Qualification 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics High School diploma or equivalent Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid driver license is a must Preferred Competencies Vary high attention to detail Action Oriented Integrity and Trust Perseverance Organized Knowledge of MacOS/OS X & iOS Knowledge of Google Drive and its functions Previous knowledge or experience diagnosing mobile devices Previous knowledge or experience repairing Apple iDevices Previous knowledge or experience repairing mobile devices Ability to lift 15/20 pounds Location: IL, USA Timings: 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm
