Property Accountant

Our client a leading real estate company is seeking a Commercial Accountant to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for the accounting for 8-12 commercial properties. Responsibilities include: preparing financial statements, GL analysis, reconciliations, reviewing Accounts payable and cash flow, reviewing leases, and working closely with the property managers and internal staff.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance2+ year of accounting experienceStrong Excel skills at the intermediate levelHybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office.Great WLB 40-45 hour work weekCompensation: up to 75k.
