This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL, along with proven experience managing full SDLC lifecycle activities and leading development teams.The ideal candidate will excel in application architecture, root cause analysis, Agile delivery, and cross-team collaboration, while ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications using .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSAnalyze application workflows and system processes to identify efficiencies and improvementsPerform advanced root cause analysis and issue resolutionOversee and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Lead and mentor development teams, including code reviews, validation, and approvalsManage application administration, maintenance, and performance optimizationCoordinate with stakeholders, including change control boards and release management teamsEnsure applications meet information security and network security requirementsDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions (Oracle/SQL Server)Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and system changesPresent software changes and enhancements to stakeholders for approvalWork within Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similarSupport or lead code migration efforts (e.g., Java to .NET Blazor)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field8+ years of experience in web-based application development and SDLC deliveryStrong programming expertise in .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQLProven experience leading full-stack development and enterprise applicationsExtensive experience with SDLC methodologies and project delivery6+ years of experience working in Agile environmentsExperience leading technical teams and cross-functional collaborationStrong background in root cause analysis and troubleshootingExperience implementing security requirements in applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with C# .NET Blazor (2+ years)Experience migrating applications from Java to .NET BlazorFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar toolsKnowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience working with TDA systems
