You will partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure employees are trained, engaged, compliant, and operationally ready.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programsConduct classroom and hands-on operational trainingTrain employees on SOPs, warehouse processes, safety protocols, quality standards, and operational expectationsSupport cross-training and employee development initiativesDevelop and maintain training materials, job aids, and work instructionsTrack training completion, certifications, and employee progressCoach employees and provide developmental feedbackPartner with leadership teams to identify skill gaps and training opportunitiesReinforce a strong safety and engagement cultureSupport training needs across day, night, weekend, and peak operation schedulesAssist with launch activities and workforce ramp-up initiativesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications2+ years of training experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operationsExperience facilitating both classroom and hands-on trainingStrong communication, presentation, and coaching skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office programsAbility to support flexible schedules in a 24/7 operationPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting start-up or newly launched operationsBilingual English/Spanish preferredExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Forklift or equipment training experienceKnowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational best practicesWhy Join DP World?At DP World, we are transforming global supply chains through innovation, technology, and talented people. Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.
