Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced roofing materials supply environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safe material handling, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting timely customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable leading teams in an active warehouse setting. Key Responsabilities Supervise daily warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, pulling, staging, and loading materials Lead and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy standards Ensure materials are properly stored, stacked, and secured to prevent damage and safety risks Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and report discrepancies Enforce all safety rules, including forklift operation, material handling, crane loading, and heat illness prevention Conduct daily safety checks and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries Address operational or delivery issues as they arise Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Enforce attendance, timekeeping, and company policies in coordination with management and HR Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Safety-focused and detail-oriented Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Clear communication and follow-through Superior Asphalt Enterprises Inc.
