This role is responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient recruitment process while ensuring accurate and reliable HR operations. By supporting both hiring and administrative functions, the position plays a key role in enabling organizational growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionCreate job postings and manage publication across various job boardsConduct direct sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channelsManage applicants using the ATS and track selection progressScreen resumes and handle initial candidate interactionsCoordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewersCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including notifications and follow-upsAssist in preparing offer lettersConduct reference checks as neededSupport pre-onboarding preparations and onboarding activitiesHR OperationsHandle onboarding and offboarding proceduresPrepare employment contracts and related HR documentationAssist with social insurance and labor-related administrative processesSupport attendance and leave data managementInput and update employee data in HRISAssist with benefits administrationRespond to internal HR-related inquiriesData Management & ReportingTrack recruitment KPIs (applications, pass rates, time-to-hire, etc.)Prepare recruitment and HR reportsEnsure proper handling of personal and confidential informationOrganize and maintain HR-related documents and recordsQualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR AssistantExperience supporting full-cycle recruitment processesStrong coordination and multitasking skillsExperience using ATS and HRIS systemsBasic knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
