Our integrated suite—covering applicant tracking, vendor management, gig workforce solutions, credentialing, scheduling, and analytics—is built on a modern cloud architecture to help hospitals streamline contingent labor and optimize clinical workforce management at scale.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expert‑level experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ADO Pipelines to join our dynamic team. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, works independently, and is passionate about building robust, scalable infrastructure to support a modern SaaS platform.Key Responsibilities• Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) across multiple environments.• Design, automate, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments and enhance developer productivity.• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.• Establish and promote best practices for source control, branching strategies, and release management.• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance for production systems.• Mentor team members and champion DevOps practices across the organization.• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks with minimal oversight.Qualifications• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.• Expert‑level knowledge of Azure DevOps, ADO Pipelines, and automation tools.• Deep familiarity with Azure cloud services, including provisioning, configuring, and managing resources at scale.• Extensive experience with Azure network controls (VNets, NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints, etc.) and security best practices for cloud networking.• Demonstrated expertise in hosting, deploying, and managing web applications within Azure, including App Services, Azure Front Door, and related services.• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python), and IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, etc.).• Proven ability to work independently in a startup or fast‑moving environment.• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.• Solid understanding of security, monitoring, and logging best practices.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting SaaS applications in healthcare or workforce management.• Familiarity with complex B2B operational workflows.• Prior experience in early‑stage or high‑growth technology companies.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
