Position Overview: As an Independent Contractor with JunkHive Pros, you’ll be responsible for helping customers remove unwanted items, furniture, appliances, yard debris, and more. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism and provide excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities: Load, haul, and properly dispose of junk and debris Interact professionally with clients and team members Maintain safety standards on every job Operate your own truck or trailer Use smartphone apps for job details, payments, and routing Requirements: Must be 18+ years old Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Good communication and customer service skills Must have a smartphone Pickup truck, box truck, or trailer Dump yard license Compensation: Competitive pay per job — average $150–$400/day depending on workload and efficiency Weekly pay via Stripe Great opportunity for those who enjoy physical work and flexibility Why Join JunkHive Pros?
