Family Law Attorney

Revive Law Group is seeking a personable, passionate, and motivated individual to join our growing family law firm in Mandan, ND. Candidates should be team-oriented and have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), as well as highly organized and proactive. Education/Experience: J.D. required. Admission to the North Dakota Bar preferred; applicants who have taken or are scheduled to take the North Dakota Bar Examination in the near future are encouraged to apply. Experience in family law (preferred) Courtroom experience (preferred) Ability to effectively research legal issues using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis (preferred) This role may be a strong fit for an attorney who is seeking stability and long-term growth within one firm and is genuinely interested in developing a career in family law. Under supervision, the attorney will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; assist with client meetings, mediations, and court hearings; and gradually take on greater responsibility as experience develops.
