Full Stack Engineer - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in McLean, VA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions. You will work with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment. This role involves utilizing a variety of modern technologies including JavaScript, React.js, Java, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.Responsibilities:Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologiesShare your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering communityCollaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutionsUtilize programming languages like JavaScript, React.js, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Jest, and GoWork with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and servicesRequirements:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)Desired skills:4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Angular.JS & NodeJS, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service4+ years of experience in open source frameworks3+ years of experience in Agile practicesPay range: $68.31 - $76.31 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
