In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing a cutting-edge, centralized planning system, directly replacing legacy, manual processes. Your expertise will unify diverse data sources, streamline operations, and ensure the efficient execution of critical projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, resolve blockers swiftly, and guarantee the on-time delivery of key milestones, making a tangible impact on the company's strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.**Responsibilities:*** Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery.* Develop and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.* Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide decision-making for product, service, and project implementation.* Provide technical and analytical information to product teams as required.* Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.* Manage and/or oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.* Contribute to capital expenditure simplification initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and project efficiency.**Qualifications:****Must-Have Qualifications:*** Demonstrated experience in program or project management.* Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability and resolve project blockers quickly.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and concise approach.* Strong follow-through and commitment to project success.* Experience with implementing large-scale systems.**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:*** Strong background in supply chain operations.* Prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or integrated business planning (IBP) systems.* Previous experience working with large technology organizations.Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.**About Aquent Talent:**Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
