We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our patients.Pain Management Advanced Provider Responsibilities & DutiesConduct comprehensive pain assessmentsDiagnose and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing acute and chronic painPrescribe medications and therapies for pain managementMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pain management interventionsProvide education and support to patients and their families regarding pain management strategiesCollaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient carePerform interventional pain management techniques as appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsParticipate in pain management research and stay current with advances in the fieldAdvocate for patients and help them navigate the healthcare systemPain Management Advanced Provider Qualifications & SkillsMaster's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant with a focus on pain management & orthopedicsNational certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantPrevious experience in pain management or related fieldsStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management techniquesCommitment to continuing education and professional developmentCurrent RN license and Nurse Practitioner certificationCurrent PA license and Physician Assistant certificationGraduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programGraduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant programProficiency in assessing and managing chronic pain conditionsExperience with pain management medications and therapiesStrong documentation and patient care planning skillsEmpathy and a patient-centered approach to careAbility to perform clinical procedures relevant to pain managementKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standardsBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holidaysContinuing education and professional development opportunities401(k) with employer matching Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $140,502.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceMedical Specialty:AnesthesiologyOrthopedicsPhysical & Rehabilitation MedicineSupplemental Pay:Bonus opportunitiesAbility to Commute:Leesburg, FL 34789 (Required)
