We're growing, and we're looking for a Parts Counter Specialist who takes pride in their work, knows their way around automotive parts, and loves helping people find the right solution.What You'll DoYou'll be the go-to expert at our parts counter — the person customers, technicians, and service advisors rely on. You'll report directly to the Parts Manager. Day to day, you will:Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts, accessories, and upgradesProvide accurate, fast, and friendly service at the counter and over the phoneWork closely with our service and sales teams to keep the dealership running smoothlyReceive and process incoming inventory and keep the department clean and organizedHandle pricing, merchandising, and stock managementManage multiple customers and requests in a busy, fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Strong communication and customer service skillsA sharp eye for detail and organizationAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-first attitudePreferred (but not required):Experience at a dealership or retail parts counterKnowledge of OEM automotive parts or dealership DMS softwareIf you don't check every box but are driven and a fast learner, we'd still love to hear from you.What We OfferWe take care of the people who take care of our customers.
