This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organization during an ongoing Workday implementation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to a team-oriented environment.Controller Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and supervise a team of three staff membersThe Controller will manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements and reports for leadershipPerform cash forecasting and cash flow analysis to support financial planningThe Controller will coordinate and assist with the annual audit process and ensure compliance with accounting standardsThe Controller will support the organization’s Workday implementation, helping streamline financial processes and reportingPreferred Qualifications of the Controller Role:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilitiesExperience overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, and auditsStrong analytical skills with experience in cash forecasting and financial analysisWorkday experience strongly preferredExperience supporting or participating in accounting/ERP software implementations preferredCollaborative, team-oriented leadership style with strong communication skillsWhat’s Offered:Competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000Business casual work environmentFlexible start timeOpportunity to play a key role in a system implementation and support the financial operations of a respected organization#INMAR2026
