MES/ Manufacturing Execution Solutions Engineer

Job Title: MES Engineer - Drug Product ManufacturingLocation: Norwood, MA (Onsite only)Duration: ContractIndustry: Pharmaceutical / BiotechnologyRole Overview:Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Drug Product manufacturing. Translate manufacturing processes into GxP-compliant MES solutions and integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, and automation platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design/configure MES solutions including electronic Batch Records (eBRs) and ISA 88/95 recipe templates Provide daily MES support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, DCS, and automation using OPC/REST APIs Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization for operations Support validation, CSV, and ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP & Data Integrity guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience: 2-4 years with MES systems, preferably in pharma/biotech Drug Product areaTechnical Skills: Exposure to Tempo, Syncade or equivalent MES. Basic SQL, Python, or C#. Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, CSV, and manufacturing automation
