Executive Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our HR Director, CEO, and CFO. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple priorities with ease, and brings both professionalism and creativity to the role.Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars for the HR Director, CEO, and CFO, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointmentsCoordinate internal and external meetingsPrepare reports, presentations and correspondence on behalf of executivesHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismEnsure any travel plans run smoothly and adjust arrangements as neededMaintain organized files and documentationSupport processing of paperwork, approvals, and internal communicationsPartner with HR team to support engagement initiatives and eventsAssist with creative design needs such a flyers, announcements, presentations, internal communication, and eventsHybrid role (combination of in-office and remote work). Candidate will work out of either the Battle Creek, MI or Old Fort, NC location based on proximityRequirements:35+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadershipStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is a plusAbility to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environmentKey Competencies:Integrity Ironclad.
