The role involves assessing patients' needs, designing and fitting prosthetic and orthotic devices, conducting gait analyses, and providing ongoing patient care and support. Collaboration with allied healthcare professionals and thorough documentation of patient progress will also be key components of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Orthotics and Prosthetics to design, and fit devices tailored to patient needsExperience with Gait Analysis and alignment to enhance patient mobilityStrong skills in Patient Care and communication to ensure a positive patient experienceKnowledge of components related to the field of prosthetics and orthoticsCertification or licensure as a Prosthetist, Orthotist, or similar credential (e.g., ABC or BOC certification)Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinical setting
