Sr. Program Manager, Analytics, Automation & Value Discovery

Overview In this role you drive enterprise analytics to uncover measurable opportunities across VCA hospitals and support functions. You’ll connect data from multiple systems, build automated dashboards and AI-enabled tools, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You work with cross-functional partners to prioritize and activate improvements that boost revenue, margins, and operational performance. The role blends analytics leadership with enterprise transformation in a healthcare environment.
