Director of Account Management
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for leading a team to build and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The primary focus for this role will be developing account management strategies, coaching and managing the account management team, monitoring sales metrics, and build/enhance relationships with existing customers.Essential DutiesLead the Account Management team with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer success and growthDevelop and execute proactive customer retention and expansion strategiesCreate strategic growth plans and identify cross-selling/up selling opportunities for the Account Management teamAct as an escalation point for complex customer needs or at-risk customersPrepares weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, competitive activity and special reports required by management.Conduct regular performance check-ins to ensure the Account Management team meets the expectations of the assigned duties/responsibilities.Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordinglyMaintains current account records by utilizing CRM and updating sales and contact information.Track all customer engagements in the CRMDemonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Education/ExperienceRequired:High School DiplomaFive years' or more sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experienceKnowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions; preferably selling to all sizes of healthcare facilitiesAbility to work comfortably with department level & C-level customer management along with ability to communicate effectively with executive management.PreferredBachelor's DegreeTravelEstimated to be up to 50%CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work effectively with internal and external customersAbility to work independently and provide timely resultsProficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM softwareStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksUnderstanding of customer performance metricsBusiness acumen with problem-solving attitude
