Their commitment is to address all skin care needs with professionalism and care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Norfolk, VA. The Medical Assistant will provide patient care support by performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting physicians during examinations, preparing medical records, and managing patient information. The role also includes administrative responsibilities like maintaining medical office operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Medical Assisting, including assisting during patient examinations and medical proceduresFamiliarity with Medical Terminology to effectively communicate and document patient careExperience working in a Medical Office setting, with the ability to manage schedules and workflowProficiency in Patient Care, ensuring compassionate and professional interactionsKnowledge of Medical Records management, including the use of electronic health record systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a clinical environmentCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
