Sales Associate/Delivery Driver

Position Summary: The Sales Associate / Delivery Driver plays a key role in supporting daily store operations while providing excellent customer service and timely product deliveries to store locations. This position is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, handling merchandise and inventory tasks, and delivering products in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to customer and store satisfaction.Essential Functions of the Job:Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a positive and professional demeanor.Assist customers in locating merchandise and recommending products that best fit their needs and expectations.Maintain knowledge of products, including their benefits and uses, to better support customers and store operations.Handle sales transactions, which may include operating cash registers and processing purchases accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment.Ensure merchandise is stocked, replenished, and displayed in the appropriate areas.Communicate customer concerns, operational issues, and employee matters to management in a timely manner.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.Deliver products promptly and safely to store locations while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.Follow delivery schedules and maintain efficiency to support store satisfaction and operational profitability.Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.Maintain an enthusiastic, positive, and service-oriented attitude throughout the workday.Continuously develop customer service and communication skills to enhance the customer experience.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for delivery responsibilities.Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as needed.Work Environment:This position involves both retail store responsibilities and driving/delivery duties.
