At Barts Electric, you're not just filling a role - you're joining a team that believes in building each other, every day.POSITION SUMMARYIndependently manages advanced project coordination tasks and supports Project Managers in overseeing project execution. Acts as a key liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all aspects of project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and contract drawings.Generate and issue sub-tiered subcontracts; ensure compliance with scope and standards.Coordinate with Purchasing Department and vendors for material procurement.Prepare change order requests and project reports.Actively participate in jobsite coordination meetings and financial reviews.Track project progress and communicate updates to Project Managers and Vice President of Operations.Support project managers in budget monitoring and resource allocation.Provide technical advice to resolve documentation or process issues.Assist in transitioning projects from bid stage to construction stage.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Associate's degree in construction management or related field; OR 1-2 years of construction/electrical experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to ProCore and BlueBeam preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and subcontract processes independently.Travel 25-30%.Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process, please contact Human Resources atPhone: 816-421-0007Email: hr@bartselectric.comEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.If you want to view the Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal poster, click
