This role demands an executive with a proven track record in senior marketing leadership, particularly in the realms of esports, disruptive consumer tech, Web3, or hype-driven lifestyle brands. The CMO will be tasked with architecting flagship endorsement deals, integrating resources and agencies, and leading a team to protect and promote the brand identity across all touchpoints.Key responsibilities for the CMO include negotiating deep, platform-integrated partnerships with tier-1 celebrities, leveraging an extensive network to secure exclusive deals, and rapidly recruiting top-tier talent to form a high-performing marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand architecture, budget and P&L ownership, and a deep understanding of modern gaming culture and the creator economy. They must be adept at building cult-like brand loyalty among the 18-30 demographic and be capable of holding their team accountable to aggressive marketing metrics.
