Operations Manager

We exist to serve our customers with excellence, protect our people through accountability, and deliver consistent, high-quality work—every time.This is a leadership position for someone who believes operations are the backbone of the business and takes pride in building systems, developing people, and executing relentlessly.The Operations Manager is responsible for owning day-to-day operational execution at their location, ensuring jobs are scheduled, staffed, completed correctly, billed accurately, and delivered on time, as well as timely material orders and estimates, while upholding company standards, policies, and core values.This role requires a strong leader, a clear communicator, and a problem-solver who thrives on accountability, structure, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExecutionOversee daily operationsEnsure jobs are properly scheduled, dispatched, and completed efficientlyMonitor job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfactionResolve operational issues quickly and professionallyEnsure tools, vehicles, and resources are properly managed and protectedPeople LeadershipLead, coach, and hold technicians and operations staff accountableConduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching conversationsReinforce company standards, expectations, and core values dailyIdentify training needs and support skill developmentMaintain a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalismAccountability & EOS AlignmentOwn and execute responsibilities per the Accountability ChartEnsure team members Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity (GWC)Participate in leadership meetings and scorecard reviewsTrack and report operational KPIsExecute Rocks, priorities, and process improvements consistentlyFinancial & Administrative OversightPartner with Finance on job costing, billing accuracy, and margin protectionEnsure timecards, job notes, and documentation are completed correctlyMonitor overtime, productivity, and labor efficiencySupport AR/AP processes by ensuring operational follow-throughCustomer & Vendor RelationsServe as a professional point of escalation for customersProtect long-term relationships through clear communication and follow-upCoordinate with vendors and suppliers as neededRepresent Commercial Door LLC with integrity and professionalismCompensation & IncentivesBase Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Incentive Compensation: Performance-based bonusesNo cap on performance-based earnings—results matter hereBenefits & PerksCompany truck provided for business useCompany tools and equipmentMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysCompany provided devicesMileage and travel reimbursement (as applicable)Opportunities for career growth and leadership advancementStable company with long-term vision and strong leadershipQualifications5+ years of operations or field leadership experience (commercial door service industry preferred)Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatch, and field operationsProven ability to lead people and have direct, respectful conversationsExcellent organizational and communication skillsComfortable using technology, systems, and reporting toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel between locationsMust pass background check and drug screening and remain drug-freeCommercial Door LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
