Implementation Manager

Role OverviewThe Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end onboarding and deployment platform for manufacturing and distribution clients. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, technical coordination, and internal execution, acting as the primary liaison from kickoff through post-launch success.This is a high-impact, early-stage role with strong visibility and clear paths into Customer Success leadership or broader delivery ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, training, go-live, and post-launch supportBuild tailored implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboardingRun client meetings, status updates, and issue resolutionPartner closely with Sales, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure smooth deploymentsEnsure implementations hit (or beat) delivery timelinesTranslate complex ERP and workflow requirements into executable plansRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in software implementation, solutions delivery, or SaaS deploymentStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environmentsClient-facing experience with ownership mindsetPreferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain workflowsFamiliarity with database configuration, troubleshooting, or integrationsEarly-stage or high-growth company experienceWhy This Role Is CompellingEarly-stage equity upside with real tractionFlat org structure ? fast promotions and lateral mobilityDirect exposure to executive leadership (including CEO)Ownership over implementations that materially impact company growthComplex, intellectually interesting problems in a massive ($22B+) m
