Our team is focused on designing and supporting a wide range of client products across the globe including Vertical Lift Programs, Commercial Aircraft, Fixed Wing Fighters, Satellites, Space Launch Systems, and many others.Primary Responsibilities"Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions."Evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces."Conducts various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture."Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success."Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):"Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science"Typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):"Experience utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo/MSOSA, etc.) and concepts."Experience with DOORS or similar requirements management software/tools.Regular and predictable attendance is requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
