Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Duties Present menus and be able to explain menu items, specials, and promotions Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests Enter orders correctly into the POS system (Toast) Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Clear and reset tables after customers finish their meals Process customer payments and provide receipts Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Execute side work delegated per shift Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in fast-paced periods Friendly and professional attitude Ability to stand and walk for long periods Basic math skills for handling payments Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous serving experience preferred but not required Working Conditions Busy restaurant environment Standing and walking for extended periods Carrying trays of food and beverages Typical Schedule Full-time or part-time shifts Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2.13 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
