In this unique project role, you'll have the opportunity to review structured clinical data, create care plans from the ground up, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for their accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.This isn't your typical clinical position. There isno direct patient care , no EMR documentation, and you won't be liable for patient outcomes. Clinical Data ReviewReview structured and unstructured EHR-style data (de‐identified or synthetic)Identify key clinical signals, comorbidities, and risk factorsInterpret data in a way that informs clinical decision‐making2. Care Plan DevelopmentCreate comprehensive care plans from scratch based on provided scenariosInclude appropriate diagnostics, treatment pathways, monitoring, and follow‐upApply specialty‐specific best practices and clinical guidelines3. AI Output EvaluationReview AI‐generated care plans, summaries, or recommendationsAssess for:Clinical accuracyCompletenessSafety risksLogical consistencyProvide clear, structured feedback and corrections4. Annotation & Clinical ReasoningDocument step‐by‐step clinical reasoning behind decisionsExplain why a care plan is correct, incomplete, or unsafeIdentify gaps, omissions, and flawed assumptions in AI outputs5.
