Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations at our Redmond, WA location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on enhancing operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing production workflows, setting performance benchmarks, optimizing supply chain management, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Operations Manager will also collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, and deliver strategic recommendations to support sustainable growth. Qualifications Strong operational management skills, including supply chain management, production oversight, and process optimization capabilities.Leadership and team management expertise, with the ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and reducing costs while maintaining quality.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise between departments and ensure alignment on key objectives.Familiarity with industry practices in smart manufacturing and robotics is a plus.Proficiency in tools for operational analytics, project management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or technology-focused industries preferred.
