SummaryLidl US is searching for the next Supply Chain Analyst to join our Import & Wholesale team! The Supply Chain Analyst performs substantial parts of the data entry and operational processes within the department. This role supports the department by working on multiple projects independently. The Supply Chain Analyst will liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business to communicate any potential issues that could jeopardize the delivery of a product.What You'll DoEssential FunctionsOversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirementsConduct data entry and data management for various department projectsAssist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plansCommunicate with internal and external departments to ensure accurate delivery of productUnderstand the objective and impact of projects on the business and propose solutions if necessaryLiaise with internal and external teams to source relevant dataProcess mapping and documentation of import & domestic processesAssist with the development of manuals, handbooks, reports, presentations, and project plansUpdate and maintain department's KPIsPerform data entry tasks in various systemsPrepare data for 4-Eye release principleUnderstand relevant import and customs regulations in detail and act accordinglyEscalate issues proactively to the manager in a timely mannerManages ordering and ranges of assigned product groupOversee warehouse operations and outbound processesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll NeedRequired Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to work independentlyPreferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities* German language skills* Familiarity with retail industry and relevant legal requirementsRequired Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related ExperienceBachelor's degree1-3 years of experience in a related fieldIn lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed abovePhysical Job Requirements* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesWhat You'll ReceiveAt Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
