JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with dispatchers, other technicians, and managers to provide customers with exceptional serviceAddress customer issues; ensure effective and long-term problem resolutionServe existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problemsMaintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods & techniques, and recommending system improvementsKeep personal equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and performing repairsDocument service actions by completing forms, logs, and recordsUpdate knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and individual training with our company trainer, and reading professional publicationsAccomplish operation and organization mission by completing related results as neededMust be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a "clean cut" appearance and adapt well to all types of working conditions MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceA customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping peopleA team player with a professional, positive attitudeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to access attics and tight spaces safelyEPA Certification requiredNATE Certification preferred (but not required)Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
