Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: Springfield, MOPay:1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total Schedules:Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift) Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)!CMC is looking for a dependable Material Handler to help move, organize, and deliver materials throughout our commercial modular building facility. This position plays a key role in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You’ll DoLoad, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand Deliver raw materials, parts, and supplies to designated production areas Stage materials for upcoming production orders and pick-ups Maintain accurate records of material movement and storage locations Assist with receiving shipments and verifying packing lists Keep storage and staging areas neat, safe, and well-organized Follow all safety procedures for material handling and equipment operation Communicate with team members to coordinate efficient material flow What We’re Looking ForExperience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred Forklift certification or prior experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move materials safely Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed Willingness to work day or night shift as assigned What We OfferPay: $18.00/hour for Day Shift | $20.00/hour total for Night Shift ($2.00 shift differential) 4-day workweeks with consistent 10–12 hour shifts Full benefits after 90 days (medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and short-term disability) Opportunities for advancement and cross-training A supportive, Christian-based company culture built on integrity, teamwork, and personal growth Apply NowBe part of a team that builds more than buildings—we build people.
