Loan Documentation Clerk/Editor   Lawton, OK       Onsite Position LOCATION   501 SW C Avenue   Lawton, OK 73501       HOURS   Full Time    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.      Preparation of loan documents in accordance with loan policy & procedures, guidelines and compliance      Loan Pre-Edit to ensure loan policy, procedures, underwriting guidelines, and regulation compliance      Document perfection in LaserPro for Commercial, Consumer and Consumer Real Estate loans      Insure that lender deficiencies and outstanding exceptions are addressed and variances are mitigated      Loan Compliance and all Regulations with HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood Hazard      Perform monthly compliance audits      Shares responsibility for the completion of all departmental objectives      Assists with other job related duties and special projects as assigned   Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position    Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.         REQUIREMENTS      Previous loan and loan documentation experience preferred      Knowledge of loan documentation and lending policy and procedure      Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures      Knowledge of loan underwriting principles      Experience in LaserPro document production application preferred      HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood knowledge preferred      Strong customer service skills      Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications      Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines      Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude      Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor      Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing      Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks      Critical thinking skills      Excellent work ethic      Ability to work various/additional hours as assigned to meet the needs of the business      Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality         PREFERRED SKILLS      Bilingual (Spanish) a plus         PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS      Constant use of computer screens       Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear      Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching       Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday   Long periods of typing and repetitive motion   Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds       Hometown service, statewide strength. BancFirst is committed to investing in the future of Oklahoma communities.
