Robot Learning Engineer – Robotics / Physical AISanta Clara, CA (On-site)We're working with an early-stage robotics startup building multi-purpose mobile robots capable of complex real-world manipulation.They're looking for a Robot Learning Engineer to help push the boundaries of what robots can actually do in real environments.What you'll be doing:• Designing learning algorithms for manipulation, navigation & control• Working across simulation → real-world deployment• Applying reinforcement learning, imitation learning & foundation models• Scaling ML systems for large-scale training & fine-tuning• Collaborating closely with hardware, controls & systems teamsWhat they're looking for:• Strong background in robotics + machine learning• Experience with RL / imitation learning / behavior cloning• Python + deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX)• Hands-on experience with real robot systems• Experience with simulators (Isaac, MuJoCo, etc.)Why this role:• Work on robot dexterity + manipulation (one of the hardest problems in robotics)• Build systems that go beyond simulation into real-world deployment• Join a highly technical team at an early stage with real impact
