We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable AI workflows and agent-based solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on combining LLM capabilities with business logic to drive automation and efficiency across the business.What You’ll DoDesign and build AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutionDevelop LLM-powered workflows integrated with business rules and enterprise systemsImplement multi-agent orchestration (task routing, coordination, communication)Own the full lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and optimizationEnsure workflows are scalable, reliable, and observablePartner with IT, data, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutionsWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years in software development, data engineering, or automation Strong Python and API/integration experienceExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or agent frameworksExperience with Git/CI/CD and modern development practicesNice to HaveAzure AI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel experiencePower Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.)DevOps / MLOps exposure
