Janus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee and support the performance of assigned hotel properties. This leadership role works closely with General Managers and the Executive Management Team to drive revenue, profitability, brand compliance, and guest satisfaction while developing strong, effective hotel teams.The ideal candidate is a proven hotel leader with deep operational expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to guide multiple properties in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, training, coaching, and ongoing support to General Managers and hotel teams at assigned propertiesEnsure budgeted revenue, house profit, and operational goals are achieved while maintaining all applicable brand standardsMonitor quality assurance scores, guest feedback, and performance metrics; communicate expectations and implement corrective action or training as neededAct as a liaison between hotel properties and the Janus Hotels & Resorts corporate team, fostering strong, positive working relationshipsAssist with hotel pre‑opening, acquisitions, and transitions as directedServe as acting General Manager at properties experiencing GM turnover until a permanent leader is appointedCollaborate with the Executive Management Team on strategic initiatives and special projectsComplete projects by establishing objectives, setting priorities, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomesEvaluate operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and financial performanceParticipate in the Annual Business Plan and Budget development process, as well as quarterly performance reviewsSupport sales efforts and revenue initiatives to maximize market positioning and performanceRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Director of OperationsPrior Marriott, Hilton, or IHG experience requiredStrong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including sales and revenue managementHighly energetic, motivated, and results‑driven leaderExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer and client focusDemonstrated ability to lead teams, influence outcomes, and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. as business requiresSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentExcellent written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and OutlookBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsSalary commensurate with experienceFull benefits package available after 90 days of employmentOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding hospitality management companyAbout Janus Hotels & Resorts
