Jets Pizza Deliver Driver Must be available to work nights and weekends Come drive with us! Your main responsibility as a delivery driver is to deliver orders to designated places in a timely and courteous manner. You will deliver products on an established route, collect money from customers, and make change. Our delivery drivers also support the pizzeria by performing other in-store duties. Taking phone orders Cleanup General Help in the store when not delivering Assist with training new drivers Perform other duties as assigned With the exception of the company-owned Jets Pizza locations that are located in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Colorado, all other Jets Pizza locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. This means that the franchisor Jets America, Inc. has no involvement in running the daily operations of the franchisee, nor does the franchisor have any control or authority over the hiring, firing, wages, hours or terms and conditions of employment of the franchisees employees. The independent franchisee controls all of those topics and makes decisions regarding them without the involvement of the franchisor. Franchisees are small business owners who are the sole employers for their own Jets Pizza locations, and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including employment laws. Jets America, Inc. is the franchisor of the Jets Pizza chain. As the franchisor it will not be involved with the employment policies and practices at franchised locations or with establishing the terms and conditions of any employment relationship with individuals applying to or hired at franchised locations.
