The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka/Messaging, databases, and cloud technologies , along with proven technical leadership and stakeholder‑management experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications and services.Drive technical architecture, code reviews, coding standards, and development best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Troubleshoot and support production issues.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive engineering best practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to overall delivery planning.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Java backend development .Prior experience intechnical/team leadership .Strong hands‑on experience with: JavaSpring BootMicroservicesREST APIsKafka / MessagingSQL / NoSQL DatabasesAWS / Azure / GCPCI/CDGitDevOps practicesAgile/ScrumStrong experience with system design, architecture, and scalable backend solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Proven ability to mentor developers and lead technical teams.Strong problem‑solving and production‑support experience.Candidate RequirementsVisa Independent candidates only.Must be available forremote work .Strong hands‑on Java backend development experience is required.Candidates should have priorLead / Technical Leadexperience.Contract and Full-Time options are available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
