Field Training & Safety Manager📍 South Carolina (Hybrid | Field-Based) | Southeast TravelAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed commercial landscaping company that’s scaling rapidly across the Southeast.With over 30 years in the market and recent revenue growth, the company is expanding into multiple new states and investing heavily in building strong, high-performing field teams.This is a high-impact opportunity to build and shape training from the ground up in a people-first, growth-driven environment.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, field-focused role where you’ll lead the development and execution of structured training programs across landscape construction and maintenance teams.This role is first and foremost a trainer and developer of people.
