Some travel might be required to work with vendors and other design teams in Asia.ResponsibilitiesOwn & drive schematic development, component selection and sourcingConduct Design reviews, generate BOM and draft manufacturing documentsWork with layout teams to drive efficient board placement and routingEvaluate vendor reference designs and create custom solutions to meet product requirementsCollaborate with internal and external design and engineering & manufacturing teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end user experience.Manage bring up & debug and support buildsRequirements7+ years of experience in electrical design for high-speed electronicsExperience with board-level design and familiarity with high speed signal design (DDR, PCIe, USB, etc.)Signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal knowledge is a plus.Experience with multi-layer PCB design and working collaboratively with mechanical engineering and layout teamsExperience with various communication protocols like I2C, UART, SPI, etc.Experience with schematic and board design tools using Cadence, Altium or equivalentExperience with 3D design modeling and SI/PI simulation tools is a plusExperience with power design involving regulator selection, PDN simulation and validationExperience with use of oscilloscopes, high speed digital test equipment, logic analyzers, or function generatorsExperience with lab bring up & debug and basic reworkCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary + generous equity.100% health/dental/vision premium coverage + 70% premium coverage for dependents.401(k) plan.Take-what-you-need unmetered vacation policy.Annual Salary Range
