Role: Workday Solution Architect📍 Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid / Remote with Travel)🏢 Client: Hitachi⏳ Duration: 6+ Months📌 Preference: Local candidates in Dallas; Boston candidates open with travel (20–30%)🔹 Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Workday Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide Workday solutions.This role involves defining end-to-end architecture, aligning business requirements with scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations across HR, Finance, and enterprise systems.The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor while guiding implementation teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure Workday solutions.🔹 Key Responsibilities✔ Lead end-to-end Workday solution architecture (Design → Build → Deploy → Support)✔ Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions✔ Design and manage integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Payroll, etc.)✔ Drive Workday implementations and optimization initiatives✔ Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices✔ Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Workday solutions✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting✔ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (functional & technical)✔ Support continuous improvement, performance tuning, and solution enhancements🔹 Required Skills✔ Strong experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules✔ Expertise in Workday Solution Architecture (end-to-end design)✔ Hands-on experience with Workday integrations:StudioEIBCore Connectors✔ Strong knowledge of Workday Security Framework & Business Process Configuration✔ Experience with APIs & Web Services (SOAP/REST)✔ Understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analytics✔ Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems✔ Strong stakeholder management & communication skills🔹 Preferred Skills✔ Experience in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting processes✔ Experience working in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid environments✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset✔ Experience in solution optimization and performance tuning🔹 Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory)✔ Workday Integration Certification (Mandatory)✔ Workday HCM / Financials Certification (Preferred)✔ Workday Studio Certification (Preferred)✔ Workday Reporting / Security Certification (Good to have)✔ PMP / PRINCE2 (Preferred)✔ AWS / Azure Certifications (Good to have)✔ TOGAF (Optional)🔹 Additional Info✔ Local to Dallas preferred (Hybrid expectation)✔ Strong candidates may be considered remote with 20–30% travel📩 Interested candidates or recruiters can share profiles at !
