A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for a contract position. Key Responsibilities Support hiring needs across North America and parts of Europe Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industries Proven experience recruiting for niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and related roles Familiarity with recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
