1st & 2nd Shift Material Handler

We are now hiring for *1st & 2nd Shift* *Material Handler* in *Pooler, GA!* *Pay:* $15.00 - $15.50 per hour *Shifts:* ● 1st shift - 6am until 2:30pm - Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work (shift times may vary depending on location) ● 2nd shift - 3:00pm until 11:30pm - Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work (shift times may vary depending on location) Weekly Pay *Responsibilities:* ● Breaking down containers by pulling cartons off the trailers and putting them on the floor. ● Working in Teams and performing safe lifting techniques to load and unload trailers. ● Transporting cartons from floor to pallets via hand trucks ● Staging pallets on the warehouse floor for cartons to be placed on them ● Loading cartons onto trailers and packing containers as necessary *Requirements:* ● Must be eligible to work in the United States ● Must have reliable transportation ● Must be dependable, punctual, and honest ● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening ● Have at least one year of previous experience in a warehouse setting (PIT is a plus) ● Have experience working in a team to meet common objectives ● Have job history and experience reflecting dependability and reliability ● Prefer working in a fast paced environment with little downtime. ● Be physically able to lift 50 lbs. and walk/stand up to 9 hours in a warehouse daily ● Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to help in other areas of the warehouse as needed ● Be able to work overtime/on-call as needed Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
