You’ve worked with ATS managed packages—Bullhorn for Salesforce / Recruitment Cloud, TargetRecruit, Jobscience, Asymbl, Seven20—or supported complex recruiting operations inside Salesforce.You’re comfortable stepping into messy systems, tangled processes, and unclear client desires. You know how to bring order, calm, and clarity. You prefer honest conversations over fluff. You enjoy mentoring others and guiding projects as much as getting hands-on when the situation calls for it.You can architect a solution in the morning and help troubleshoot a gnarly deployment that afternoon. Most of all, you thrive in a fast-moving environment where trust, kindness, and excellence really matter.What You’ll DoLead Technical DeliveryServe as the technical owner across multiple Salesforce + ATS ecosystem projects.Provide architectural guidance grounded in real staffing workflows.Support and mentor consultants and developers across disciplines.Consult & Communicate With ClarityTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable paths for clients.Act as a steady, trusted advisor, especially in ambiguous or high-pressure moments.Help create alignment across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.Deliver with ExcellenceWork across managed packages, integrations, and modern deployment approaches (CI/CD, metadata management, branching strategies).Support large programs involving multi-org setups, data migrations, and high-complexity redesign.Partner closely with Project Management to deliver high-quality outcomes at the pace our clients expect.Contribute to Helpstone’s GrowthBring ideas that improve our architecture patterns, delivery playbooks, and internal processes.Shape our identity as the most trusted Salesforce + staffing systems partner in the industry.Jump in wherever the team needs you—we operate as one unit, not silos.What You BringExperience in staffing or recruiting operations/technology.Hands-on work with at least one major staffing ATS or Salesforce-based recruiting solution.Consulting background (SI or boutique firm experience preferred).Strong architectural instincts and the ability to lead solution design.Comfort working across config, integration patterns, Apex, data, deployments, and troubleshooting.High-quality communication skills rooted in clarity, calm, and collaboration.Ability to resolve conflict and guide conversations toward alignment.Experience with deployment tooling and CI/CD practices.Ability to operate in a flexible, fast-paced environment.Experience navigating enterprise programs with multiple vendors, systems, and stakeholder groups.(We use AI as a tool, not a replacement.
