Role: Executive – MIS & Quality ControlLocation: South DelhiRole Objective: To manage the analytical backbone of the quality department through meticulous data collection, sensory evaluation, and laboratory testing oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management: Manage the Quality MIS, including data collection from various testing phases and generating actionable insights.Sensory & Lab Testing: Conduct and supervise sensory evaluations and analytical lab testing to ensure product consistency.Quality Support: Assist the QA team in routine quality control checks and assurance documentation.Analysis: Provide trend analysis on raw material and finished goods quality.Candidate ProfileEducation: B.Tech/ M.Sc or Diploma in Food TechnologySkills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel/Data tools, and understanding of food lab equipment.
