The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both Clients and Employees. This role is central to ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality care while serving as a key communication hub between Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partners.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Home Health Care Assistant Administrator:Enthusiastically provide 5-star service to all incoming callsCoordinate care services for assigned Clients to ensure timely, consistent, and appropriate service deliveryServe as a point of a support for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and referral partnersDevelop individualized service plans based on Client needs and authorized servicesConduct initial and ongoing Client assessments to monitor service quality, satisfaction, and compliancePrepare Client welcome materials and intake documentationManage Client authorizations and support billing accuracy to ensure services are properly authorized and billableSupport scheduling and staffing efforts to minimize overtime, reduce service disruptions, and ensure shift coverage, including occasional after-hours support as neededSupport Branch compliance efforts, including maintaining compliant licensing documentationConduct weekly New Hire Orientation sessions for incoming CaregiversRole QualificationsHave a high value for innovation, streamlined processes and efficiencyDemonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to demonstrate self-management and take initiativeHave excellent written and oral communication articulation in EnglishDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentationPossess intuitive, strategic, and organized project management skillsHave excellent professional collaboration skills and team mindsetHave a results-driven, task-oriented approachUtilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skillsHave proficiency with technology and electronic devicesDemonstrate sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism and excellent customer serviceDemonstrate strong commitment to complianceKnowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulationsAdministrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonusExperience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonusRequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEExperience managing and prioritizing administrative responsibilities in an office setting with some time spent in client homesExperience using an electronic CRM or care management system; AxisCare preferredExperience in home care, healthcare or a related service-based industry preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredResponsibilitiesCOMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PORTFOLIO - In your role with Caring for Others, you’re responsible for upholding, executing, and supporting our mission.
